Naturally sweet, floral, and smooth with zero bitterness, tea leaves bitten by green leafhoppers (Jacobiasca formosana) produces monoterpene diol and hotrienol which give the tea its unique flavour likened to ripened fruits and honey.

🌿 Gongfu Style
* 5g to 100-150ml, 100°C water
* steep 20–30 sec
* pour to serve
* Increase steeping time by 10s with every subsequent brew
* rebrew up to 6 times.
🍵 Western Teapot
* 3g per 250ml, 100°C water
* Steep 3–4 min, rebrew 2–3 times
❄️ Cold Brew
* 5–8g per 1L of cold water
* allow to steep for at least 30 minutes
