A proud representative of Taiwan’s renowned High Mountain Tea, Alishan Oolong is cultivated in the misty highlands of Chiayi County’s Alishan region. It comes in two prized varieties: Chin-shin Oolong and Jinxuan Oolong.
The unique growing conditions of Alishan—cool temperatures, abundant mist, and high elevation—foster tea buds rich in pectin, which lends a natural sweetness and smooth texture to the brew. With its golden liquor and delicate, floral aroma, Alishan Oolong offers a refined and uplifting tea experience—one that stands above the everyday cup.
If you’ve yet to explore the world of Taiwanese oolong, this is the perfect introduction. Ready to elevate your tea ritual?
